One Thousand Gifts - Week 7

129. Finding candyland at the store after looking for months and then teaching Connor how to play.
130.Good Friday service at church and being reminded of that ultimate sacrifice.
131. Finishing my project!

132. Fun filled day of Easter activities with family.
133. Watching Connor make a goal!

134. Building blocks on the floor with my boys and watching the joy on Logan's face when he knocks them over.
135. Friends gathered to hunt for eggs, play and snack.
136. Worshipping and singing with my church family: "He's alive!"
137. Jelly beans.
138. Finding a new tulip in my yard.

139.The mouth watering aroma of steak on the grill.
140. A very adorable face covered in egg yolk. 

141. Dark thunder clouds rolling in.
142. Iced hazelnut decaf coffee.
143. Soaking my feet in the kiddy pool after a long day.
144. Two little sleepy guys who fell asleep on the way home from musicgarten.

145. Little baby boy all clean and lotioned after a bath.
146. Droopy eyes, trying so hard to stay open.
147. Little hand in mine as we cross the street.
148. The smell of library books.

108. Healthy check-up for Logan.
109. Logan grabbing his blanket that I made for him and crawling over to snuggle.
110. Prayer and fellowship with other moms.
111. Warm sunny walk to church for an Easter Egg hunt and fun.

112. Logan babbling from his carseat.
113. Cherry blossoms.
114. Daddy and Logan reading and making animal sounds.
115. Planting seeds with Connor.
116. A clean porch.
117. Seeing Connor meet new friends at PMO and hearing him say he doesn't want to go home.
118. Half caff raspberry mocha and the energy it brings.
119. Clean hard wood floors.
120. Newly sharpened knife.
121. Pizza and a movie with cousins.
122. Watching Logan walk around the house with his walker.
123. Sweet aroma coming from my newly blossomed hyacinth.

124. Dinner as a family on the porch.
125. Hand me down clothes.
126. Those big brown eyes!

127. Being all caught up on my "to do" list. For now.
128. Leftover candy canes from Christmas.

One Thousand Gifts - Week 5


87. Conversations with a sassy four year old.
88. New FREE shoes!

89. White pizza, greek salad and conversations with my mom & sister.
90. A good night sleep, thanks to Nyquil.
91. Abundant sunshine, muddy trails and a hike with Opa & Oma.

92. Red chile smothered breakfast burrito.
93. Lazy Sunday afternoon, snuggling and watching Tin Tin and eating popcorn.
94. Shopping at Goodwill with Connor and hearing him say: "This is 32 dollars?!"
95. Sunday night dinner tradition at mom and dad's.
96.The joys a big card board box can bring to two little boys.

97. Big white fluffy fake carnations almost lost in the wind.
98. Peach ice tea with extra ice after a tedious trip to wal-mart.
99. Blowing bubbles in the wind.

100. Snacking on sweet mandarin oranges.
101. Hearing Connor say: "don't put Logan to sleep, I want to play with him!"
102. Sore lungs and legs from pulling two boys in their red wagon up a steep hill.
103. Mandarin Mousse pie with family.
104. Early bed time and uninterrupted sleep.
105. Pool fun in the warm porch.

107. Colorful easter eggs.

67. Two little blondies enjoying a ride in their little red wagon.
68. A kitty who sits on my lap while I crochet and doesn't attack my yarn.

70. Vanilla sugar bubble bath.
71. Learning a new granny square pattern for my new blanket.

72. Dinner and laughter with good friends.
73. New kindle case given to me from a friend.
74. Decaf Earl Grey tea.

77. Purple yarn for my new project.
78. Happy little one year old so proud of himself for standing.
79. My pink knitted blanket given to me by Dan's oma.

81. Snuggling and reading library books with two little boys on my lap.

83. Watching Logan's wide eyes and open mouth as we get the car washed.
