Spring Break Adventures

So this past week was Dan's Spring break. We had a lot on the to do list but unfortunately Dan came down with a sinus infection and the list of jobs and fun times was shortened a bit. But we did do some stuff.
Like paint the bathroom:

Dan says we are now officially (after 6 years) done with the bathroom! :)

Set up the swimming pool in the porch:

(Bathing suit optional)

Went to Explora in Albuquerque:

Connor loved playing with the water.
and tried to make bubbles.
Dan wasn't feeling to great. Luckily they had lots of places to sit and relax.

Fed some ducks:
This is at the duck pond at UNM in Albuquerque, where my sister goes to school. The ducks were actually not interested in our stale bread at all. However the pigeons and finches were very interested. Connor was more interested in throwing rocks in the pond.

Shopped 'til we dropped:
Connor didn't get a nap so he fell asleep while dress shopping at the mall in Albuquerque.

Ate some yummy food: (Click on the link under the picture for the recipe)

And you can't forget Easter:
Connor's cute outfit (I didn't get a picture of Logan's Easter outfit, just imagine the cutest thing ever and double it)
It was a cold and windy day (you would expect nothing less in Gallup)
 Connor enjoyed dying Easter eggs.
Oma helping Connor draw on the egg with a crayon.

All in all it was a pretty great Spring break (maybe not for Dan)! Hopefully next year will be even better, with a lot less sickness!

Logan Update

So it's been 51 days since we were blessed with our little Logan and how quickly he's growing! He has brought such joy to our hearts with his precious little smiles, coos and even pouty bottom lip when he's hungry. Connor is adapting better every day and wanting to cuddle with Logan and read books to him. Logan loves watching Connor and smiles whenever his big brother talks to him. Logan's a master at holding his head up and can almost hold himself up. He's also very close to flipping to his tummy when on his back but not the other way around (which surprises me). Here are some pics (and a short video) of our little dude.

This is actually a picture of Connor at 7 weeks, they are identical aren't they? :)

a cute video of Logan smiling:
